It's time to rethink how you do what you do, but ...

If you’re a Charity or SME CEO, let me ask you a question.

What’s the single most important piece of knowledge that will enable you to move out of ‘pandemic mode’ into what everyone is calling the ‘new normal’?

It’s this. It’s understanding how you do what you do. Here’s a fact. Everything your charity or SME does is a process and every process has the ability to hit you with both visible and hidden costs, to define your employee, volunteer and beneficiary experience and determine your productivity.

As we move out of pandemic mode, we have a unique opportunity to redefine how we do what we do. We can learn from what’s worked during the crisis, we can think strategically about the people and place implications for our operations, we can set out our new direct service and advisory offerings.

Processes are the glue that bind your organisation together so understanding how you do what you do is really important if you want your charity to fulfil its potential.

Today, you will hear ‘automation’ is the answer but automating a poor set of tasks and activities without first understanding how they are part of the overall ‘landscape’ and second, appreciating how they are performing today is a fool’s errand.

So having a look at your organisations processes might not seem that urgent / important on the surface, but once you really understand their vital role, the task of delivering new ways to do what you do for the new normal is absolutely critical.

The good news is that iandi has deep knowledge and internationally recognised process management and improvement expertise coupled with the ability to effectively use everyday, jargon free language to guide you through a full review.

We're ready to help.
