For organisations of all types and sizes, change is a challenge.
The challenge might take different forms, but the reality is the odds of your change initiative or programme fully delivering its planned outcomes are no better than 50/50.
There are plenty of reports and articles across the internet that set out to explain why this is, but the practical question is 'what do I need to do?'
So, I want to share with you five key areas based on my experience, that you need to consider (well, do if I'm being honest) if you want your change initiative to be a success.
At a level, they're simple enough sounding things but doing all of them in a joined up way takes some effort.
