If you don't ask, you'll never know ..

In the last couple of weeks, I've been on any number of Zoom sessions where people are talking about the challenges of designing the new working environment or the hybrid workplace.

Leaders and Senior Managers are saying how difficult they're finding this (and I get it), but so far I've not heard of anyone really engaging with their colleagues, employees or volunteers who a) probably understand the work better anyway and b) will be critical in making 'new' work work.

It's a really simple step that won't cost you anything and it's such a tremendously rich fund of knowledge and experience right at your fingertips.

Involving people will make them feel included, engaged and empowered - all things that'll help make any change initiative successful.
